Ms. Pabitra Neupane has actively contributed to the development and research sector, with a primary focus on gender equity, justice, and advocacy for various gender-related issues in the past five years. Her dedication extends to women’s empowerment, reproductive justice, and sexual and reproductive health and rights. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Gender Studies from Tribhuvan University, Pabitra has established herself as a young researcher engaged in diverse gender and health projects in Nepal.
Her work revolves around generating knowledge and evidence, with a specific emphasis on the intersection of women’s rights and health within the context of gender. Pabitra’s skill set includes academic writing, proficiency in qualitative research methodology, policy analysis, grant and proposal writing, as well as conducting literature and policy reviews and analysis.
Ms. Pabitra has gained valuable experience working at different levels, ranging from local to national, collaborating effectively with all tiers of government. Her engagements include policy advocacy and gender mainstreaming initiatives, showcasing her commitment to making a tangible impact on gender-related issues.
