Ms. Ranjeeta Subedi is a dedicated and motivated research professional with an MPhil in Public Health from the University of Sydney and Master’s in Public Health from Royal Tropical Institute (KIT), Netherlands. She is currently working as a Senior Research Officer at Herd International. She previously worked as an SRHR Officer with WHO in Karnali Province, and as a research Officer at the NHRC, leading population-based cancer registry project and other research projects. She also developed guidelines, resource materials, and awareness materials to empower adolescents to make informed reproductive health decisions.
Ms. Subedi is competent and experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research, with an expertise in proposal development, comprehensive literature reviews, designing and implementing research methodologies and projects, data management and analysis, and production of high-quality research
reports. She is also skilled in academic publications, as well as developing policy briefs and guidelines for dissemination to relevant stakeholders to influence evidence-based policy decision making. Ms. Subedi has successfully led research efforts using diverse methodologies, as evidenced by numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her strong analytical skills, combined with proficiency in statistical software, such as SPSS, and high-level academic writing capabilities, equip her to manage the complexities of research projects efficiently. She has harnessed her skills to facilitate training and workshop on proposal development, data collection tools and scientific writing, and has provided mentoring to field researchers and data enumerators.
