The People’s Voice Survey on Health System Performance is an initiative aimed at gathering insights from individuals about their experiences and perceptions regarding the performance of their country’s health system. This survey typically asks participants about various aspects of healthcare delivery, including accessibility, affordability, quality of care, satisfaction with healthcare services, and suggestions for improvement.  

In this regard, we are seeking 10 qualified phone enumerators for a period of 2.5 months

Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, sociology, or anthropology. 
  • Previous experience in health research, telephone-based surveys and digitized data collection is advantageous. 
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with excellent Nepali language; basic understanding of Maithili preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
